Return/Refund Policy:

Due to the nature of our products, All Sales Are Final. We guarantee our products will arrive in good condition, or we will gladly do an even exchange for product if there is a manufacturers error. You will not be responsible for any additional shipping charges.

Detailed Return Policy:

Please fax a copy to 206-333-1259. Please put a full explanation as to why items are being returned for a credit. You will have to sign both the Return Authorization Form and the Return Policy Form before merchandise will be accepted for return. A RAF number will be assigned to you upon receipt.

RETURN POLICY

ETI offers no refunds on returned merchandise - only replacements or credits towards the next purchase. Merchandise should be inspected immediately upon receipt for damage or defect. If found in such condition, it must be returned within 3 working days of receipt. After 3 days, the purchase becomes the responsibility of the retailer. There will be a 50% restocking fee on all returned or refused items. Items must be returned in their original condition with the original tags. Some sale and promotional items may not be returned. Check invoices for details. Closeout pieces are non-returnable and non-refundable. All videos are non-returnable. Any piece that has been cut, colored, permed or altered in any way is non-returnable and non-refundable. All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Factory errors will be evaluated and corrected in a timely manner.

ALL RETURNS MUST HAVE AN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER AND A RETURNED AUTHORIZATION FORM- CALL AMERICAN HAIR IMPORTS TO RECEIVE THIS NUMBER AND THE RETURN AUTHORIZATION FORM. AUTHORIZED RETURNS MUST BE RECEIVED AT AMERICAN HAIR IMPORTS WITHIN 5 WORKING DAYS OF ASSIGNING NUMBER OR THIS AGREEMENT TO ACCEPT MERCHANDISE BACK IS VOID AND FINAL.

Custom orders require a 50% deposit before they will be sent to the factory. Changes made to the original custom order must be mailed or faxed to American Hair Imports at 206-333-1259 by Thursday of each week, because custom orders go out in bulk on Fridays of each week.

American Hair Imports is not responsible for changes not received in the allotted time. All changes must be made directly to the confirmation sheet and faxed or mailed.

Custom orders require approximately 8 weeks for a regular order and approximately 6 weeks for a rush order (from the date AHI receives the order and it is processed that Friday) for completion. All custom orders are shipped upon inspection; AHI cannot hold or re-ship any order.

If custom order exceed the 8 week mark and credit of 10% for the full amount will be applied to your account.

All custom orders are non-returnable and non-refundable. Factory errors will be evaluated and corrected in a timely manner

Payment Terms
American Hair Imports accepts payments by VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Money order, Cashiers check or C.O.D.

Bounced Check
There are $35 fee would be charged to the account if a check bounces. Products will not ship until the check has cleared. Only Money order or Cashier’s check would be accept from customer whose check has bounced more than 3 times during a year.

All overseas and Canadian orders must be prepaid by check or bank wire transfer, including shipping charges, in U.S. currency only. Other payment methods can be accepted only with authorization.

Shipping Terms
All items must ship to the card holders billing address. No Exceptions unless  you are a salon owner with the proper documentation on file.

Shipping Methods
allow 5-7 business days. UPS Next Day Air, Second Day Air, 3-Day Select and Saturday delivery is available at an extra charge. Express shipping is only available for items that are in stock.

Merchandise Returns
Due to the nature of the products. Return request of damaged products must be reported via sales rep to American Hair Imports. Products should arrive in original containers, unopened, with tags attached, unused, uncut, immediately and received by our warehouse within 5 days from invoice date. If it determine to be a faulty product, we will issue a credit for an even exchange. If there is an issue of color or length, or style there will be a restocking fee of 50% if return is accepted.

Product Safety

I understand that these are professional products and that the application of hair augementation may be attached to existing hair in a variety of methods. Such Application may necessitate the use of special tools and equipment and if not applied correctly could result in stress or pressure on existing hair which could have a negative effect on the life of the existing hair. Even though the application methods used to attach the augmentation to the hair has been provened safe and successful, hair loss can occur without proper training. I understand that on-site training is available and I/company will not hold American Hair Importers responsible for improper application techniques.
