Independent Reseller Agreement:

As in every business opportunity, how much money you will make depends on the action that you take. We are here to assist and make your success happen by working with you. Please understand that our company does not, in introducing this wholesale business opportunity to you, make any of the following representations:

The Independent Reseller may, can, or will generate income, or be profitable. Any investment in training, product and/or sales aids or otherwise or any portion thereof may be earned back to Independent reseller through the operation of the Independent reseller training. Any present market exists for training which is the subject matter of this Agreement or that a guaranteed market exists. American Hair Imports will buy back any purchased inventory, or otherwise make up any financial losses which the Independent Reseller may incur American Hair Imports or any person acting on behalf of American Hair Imports has outlets or sales for American Hair Imports training or will assist an Independent reseller in obtaining outlets or sales for Training. Any person acting on behalf of American Hair Imports will provide in whole or in part any marketing programs or to be followed in the provision of the business of Independent Reseller. The Independent Reseller Agreement has been filed with, registered with, or otherwise accepted or approved by any state or federal office, department or authority. Independent Reseller has knowledge of the market and that the market demand will enable the Independent Dealer to earn a profit from the Independent Reseller position. Locations will be provided or assistance be given in the finding of locations for the use or operations of the Independent Reseller position. 

Regarding Refund Policy and Dispute Settlements

Reseller also agree that if the reseller prepays for an order, using a Major Credit Card, Reseller will not submit requests for charge back to credit card company/bank, as a way to solicit funds. Reseller understands that all sales are final. Reseller understand that a purchase of a smaller order is allowed to test the quality of the product. Reseller understands that this agreement is binding and will stand in a court of law. Any disputes will be settled by Arbitration in Birmingham, AL. Reseller agree that the terms of the agreement may be changed or updated by American Hair Imports at any time.

Product Safety and Liability Claims

Resellers understand that these are professional products and that the application of hair augmentation may be attached to existing hair in a variety of methods. Such Application may necessitate the use of special tools and equipment and if not applied correctly could result in stress or pressure on existing hair, which could have a negative effect on the life of the existing hair. Even though the application methods used to attach the augmentation to the hair has been proved safe and successful, hair loss can occur without proper training. I understand that on-site training is available and I/company will not hold American Hair Imports responsible for improper application techniques. For onsite training please call 1-206-333-1259.
